Engagement Session @ Botanical Gardens...

I can't wait to photograph Lynn & Weston's wedding in October at Deer Creek Run.  I've so enjoyed getting to know them, they are such a lovely couple.  Here are some of my favorites from their engagement session...

Olive June is on the way...

Congratulations to Norine & Justin!  Olive June is so very lucky, you are going to be amazing parents.  I can't wait to meet her!

Food Adventures!

A great friend of mine invited us over for dinner.  But not just dinner, a food adventure!  She is a writer and foodie, and she has started to document it all in her new blog - Two Open Kitchens.  I photographed the whole experience and everyone had a hand in preparing the feast.  We are all seafood junkies, and so we decided to do a Lobster Fest - complete with mussels, clams, shrimp, potatoes, sausage and corn.  It was ridiculously delicious!

Please follow her adventures, it will be a drool worthy experience.

Snow Day...

Every once in a while we get a really great snowfall in the mountains.  I'm pretty sure it snowed for like a full day non-stop.  Hubby didn't have to go to work and we got to hang out with the fur babies in the snow.  Bruschi doesn't really like it that much, he just doesn't like to be cold.  Hercules on the other hand loves it!  He goes bounding through it like a puppy.  His sweet little black nose gets covered in the white snow, it's so precious!  Hubby made bratwursts on the grill and we drank whiskey, it was great fun!
